The cottage is located 30m from Lake Virt and is habitable from April to September. Fenced on about 6 acres of land and suitable for families with children with a number of 6 to 8 people. The cottage has two floors, upstairs is a living room with TV, two bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds with extra beds. Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen has a small dining room as part of the hallway and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs is a balcony. The ground floor serves as storage space for garden furniture and a garage. The cottage has a gazebo for sitting and grilling. In the vicinity there is the possibility of fishing – after buying a permit, from the pier at the cottage. The Danube is 1 km from the cottage, and the Patince Spa is 2 km away. In the area you can do cycling tours (asphalt road about 70 km) and use a nearby ranch for horseback riding.
