Our each studio has its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen /a kitchen corner/, bathroom with hot water and bedroom with 3 or 4 beds and possibility of an additional bed. A suite in the attic is at the guests´ disposal as well. It is suitable for max. 8 persons /large bathroom, kitchen connected to living room, 2 bedrooms/. Gas heating. Possibility of parking in the area of building. The accommodation is situated by the brook Demanovka. Our guests will surely appreciate sitting by it in the hot summertime. Two outdoor fireplaces are at the disposal as well as grill. Children can play in the large garden with sandpit. Price: 200-450 Sk person/night depending on number of persons and season. In main season only from Saturday to Saturday (min 1 week).
Facilities: The studios are found near the opening of the Demanovska valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in Slovakia. In summer it is a popular aim for trips of the visitors, in winter a favourite place for skiers. The resort Jasna in proximity of 8km with numerous ski trails and ski lifts with artificial snow and night skiing.
Admirers of speleological beauties will surely visit Demanovska caves. The most frequently visited cave in Slovakia the Demanovska Cave of Liberty is in the proximity of 4km, the Demanovska Ice Cave is even in 2km.
We offer to visit thermal swiming pool in Besenova and indoor thermal swimming pool in Liptovsky Jan. The water reservoir Liptovska Mara provides excellent conditions for water sports. Each visitor and most of all families with children will enjoy visiting a newly open Aquapark Tatralandia. Lovers of cultural and historical minuments will appreciate a visit of the wooden articular church in Svaty Kriz, open-air museum of Liptov village in Pribylina and Vlkolinec - Folk architecture reserve listed in UNESCO
