The termal waters and springs of Liptov are well known. The most popular thermals swimming pools are AquaPark Tatralandia (8km from Prosiek), Besenova (5km) and Liptovsky Jan (18km). Water sports enthusiasts and fishermen are attracted to the clear waters of man-made Lake Liptovska Mara. In beautiful mountains are excellent conditions for hikers and climbers and during the winter there are many ski centers - SkiPark Ruzomberok (25km from Prosiek), Ski Center Jasna , Zavazna Poruba, Źiar.
