The apartment is located in a touristy area in the foothills of the Central High Tatras. It is comfortably accessible from nearby Smokovec and nearby Poprad, it has a full civic amenities and a developed infrastructure of Nová Lesná. The Eufória complex is located on the adjacent plot of land and offers its guests a fitness center, a solarium, massages, a sauna, a pearl bath and a tennis court. There is also a restaurant and a café. Immediately next to the apartment there is a newly built Slovak hut in the traditional log style, which offers Slovak specialties on grill. The apartment is not designed for several independent groups and is not allowed to stay with a pet. There is no smoking in the interior, it is only allowed on the balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary items for preparing cooked meals, including: kettle, microwave, ceramic plates, refrigerator with freezer. In the living room is available: radio / CD minisystem, TV / Sat / DVD.
