Cottage * Iva * is located in the village Oščadnica in the district of Čadca in the Žilina region in Kysucie. It is located in the quiet surroundings of the Kysucké Beskydy Mountains, only 2 km from the Snow Paradise Veľká Rača Lalíky ski resort. The resort provides state-of-the-art equipment, artificial snow on all tracks as well as night skiing. The size ranks among the medium-sized resorts – 14 km of tracks, a snowboard park and the varying difficulty of the terrain from easy to difficult will ensure the satisfaction of every skier. Year-round, the cottage * Iva * is a suitable place for recreation of the whole family – with summer activities (alpine coaster, rope park, trampolines, mountain bikes, climbing wall) organized on the slopes of the ski resort, as well as the proximity of swimming pools, water parks and spas. The cottage is accessible all year round by car, provides plenty of parking space directly in front of the building. Guests have 2 bedrooms (1×4 persons, 1×3 persons + 1 extra bed), fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, LCD TV, SAT, DVD player, bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is garden furniture, a fireplace and a portable barbecue. Cottage * Iva * is a suitable place for family recreation in winter and summer.
