The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area Slanická Osada only 1 km from Námestovo. The cottage is ideal for families with children, for tourists as well as for nature lovers. The Orava Reservoir with Slanický Ostrov offers us a view. The advantage of accommodation is the possibility of hiking, sports and relaxation in every season. As already mentioned, the cottage is located just a short walk from the Orava Dam, which offers us during the summer months the possibility of swimming, sailing to Slanický Island with the possibility of visiting the historic church. Hills such as Babia hora and Piľsko are also an integral part, offering us wonderful tourism. We can relax on the Embankment of the Orava Reservoir, where we will find many restaurants and cafes as well as the possibility of renting water sports (boats). There are also good conditions for fishing. In the winter months there is the possibility of skiing on ski lifts either in Krušetnice or in Oravská Polhora or the possibility of skating. For the less demanding, the area offers us the Statue of Christ in Kline, as well as many fun activities: Laser Game Námestovo, Escape Plan and much more. As for catering, the area just 200m from the cottage we find Slanický dvor with traditional Slovak cuisine, then we find Salaš and Hotel Slanica with Italian cuisine and pizza made on wood (the only one in the area). The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table connected to a spacious living area and a fireplace. There are also 3 spacious rooms and two bathrooms with toilets. It also includes electric heating + fireplace, of course kettle grill as well as board games. During the summer months, a terrace with a nice view and real clean air of nature is offered for relaxation.
